What is RTT?

Rapid Transformation Therapy RTT is a type of therapy that uses hypnosis, psychotherapy, NLP, CBT and neuroscience to help people change their thought patterns and behaviours. RTT is designed to help people identify and let go of the root cause of the issue. The beliefs we form throughout our lives are responsible for our thoughts, our feelings and our behaviour’s, we look back at those old beliefs as they may be holding us back and affecting our behaviours in destructive ways.

 

Hypnosis. RTT uses hypnosis to help people enter a relaxed state where they can access their subconscious mind.

 

Neuroplasticity. RTT uses the science of neuroplasticity to rewire the brain's neural pathways.

 

Identify root causes. RTT helps people identify the core beliefs that may be causing the issue.

 

Change thought patterns. RTT helps people create new healthier thought patterns and behaviours.

 

Recordings after a session. Clients receive a personalised recording to listen to for a set period of

time.

 

RTT can help with anxiety stress low self-esteem addiction depression fears and phobias relational problems and weight issues. RTT is not recommended for people who have seizures or epilepsy, people with diagnosed issues like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or borderline personality disorder.
