Welcome to my page.
I am a humanistic therapist, clinical hypnotherapist and use modalities with a trauma informed somatic element.
I help you understand and move beyond any mental and emotional blocks
and help you see that any reaction or inaction has a purpose and a reason.
I work with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, irritability, anger, lack of self-love and fear amongst others.
As we work together, you will see and understand yourself in more depth and gain freedom from what's holding you back.
With years of training alongside some of the top trauma focused, world renowned therapists, I can show you your path to freedom.
You will learn to improve communication skills and reconnect with your bodies inner wisdom, helping you to create new beliefs, increase self awareness and release stuck emotions.
You will gain new coping skills and abilities to help you to feel more confident and give you the tools for inner peace even after our work together.

Your wounds are not your fault, but healing is your responsibility.
If, as a child, if you experience prolonged adversity,
if you often felt that no one loved you or thought you were special.
If a household member suffered with depression, mental illness or addiction. It wasn't your fault.
As children, we had no control over the adverse childhood experiences (ACE's) we experienced.
These emotional traumas cause us to fragment a part of ourselves, leaving us feeling incomplete.
Growing up, we experienced the world, and the world created our minds. We express, as an adult, all of these experiences.
It affects us differently, and might leave you feeling anxious or panicky, you may feel hyper-vigilant or aggressive. Maybe you're startled easily and can't seem to relax, feeling stuck in survival mode.
You may find it difficult to sleep, or feel constantly tired even after resting. It can affect our eating habits, our social skills and even cause us to withdraw. It may also mean you struggle with trauma bonds and constantly find yourself in unhealthy relationships.
It can also cause feelings of sadness or
low self-worth, putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own, while having difficulty trusting yourself or listening to your intuition.
Everyday life can be exhausting, and if we don't know how what we are dealing with, it can be difficult when triggers arise.

How I help you
Heal. In my sessions, I hold a safe, non-judgemental, compassionate space. I use therapies with a somatic element to help you re-connect with your body, which holds all the knowledge. We journey through vulnerability, to where the healing happens, guiding you to your present self.
Attune. As we uncover the deep limiting thoughts and behaviours that held you back, we leave them behind. We then install new beliefs and create new patterns of behaviour. Informed with these new perspectives, you will have the power to re-connect to your true self and create a new and empowered version of yourself.
Align. You will be empowered with clarity, confidence and motivation, with the coping skills to lead yourself. You will have created new boundaries, more love for yourself, and the confidence to pursue the life you've always envisioned.

My Story
I was born and raised in London and seemed to have a happy family life. My parents were working class, first generation Turkish Cypriots escaping the civil war back in Cyprus. Home life wasn't always easy, and parenting in the '80s was not as informed as it is today.
One day in my early teens, I was alone, and I remember a tear falling down my cheek, I had no reason to cry...why was I crying? On another occasion, I remember walking home from school feeling like a zombie and asking if anything was real, if I was real. Relationships also came easy to me, I seemed to be stable within them.
Then, one day in my late 30s, I was made redundant. I had worked full-time since I was 18 years old, so it was a shock to my system. Lockdown and Covid quickly followed which meant finding work had to be postponed, so I decided to work on myself, re-group and find my passion.
I explored lots of webinars, took care of my physical health for the first time in my life, and I felt fantastic.
From that moment decided I had to work in an environment that would be centred around well-being.
Through the many webinars I was joining, sometimes twice a day, I eventually found what I was looking for!
It was a fully body resonance, not 'this seems like a good idea'...a full body response that I could not shake off for days. An intuitive knowing, a 'calling' if you will.
This course lit me up and excited me so much that after completing it, I went on to study relational trauma.
I learned the reason I cried for 'no reason' as a teen was because there was a deep sadness inside my body that I had learned to shut down.
I learned the reason I felt like a zombie was because I had shut down (numbed) my feelings for so long that I was dissociating. In fact, I was so numb I thought I was unfazed by life.
I learned that relationships were so easy because I was a co-dependant people pleaser who couldn't speak up.
I learned so much about my self that it became my life purpose to help others take on the exploration of inner work.
I do this work now from a place of personal experience and passion to help others heal, as a natural empath and HSP, this is the only thing that makes sense to me.
I became, like many of us healers...the wounded healer, and I love what I do.
I have helped many people so far, and plan to help many more.
My story is only just beginning...and so is yours!
